My pocket money: record of spending:

We have designed a sheet which you can print ut to keep a daily record of your spending. Print the sheet. Why keep a record?

• It shows how you are managing your money
  
  
• It shows you what money you have
  
  
• It teaches you important money skills
  
  
• It can be fun seeing how far you can streeeeeeeetch your money
  
  
• Under each day enter a list of everything you buy. Add it all up and enter it by the total.

If you want to compare this with a 'wants' list complete another sheet - this time window shopping: look at the things you would have bought if you had double the amount of pocket money you currently have. Fill this sheet in in a different colour.
